Through this year-round program, the Department of Commerce is committed to provide fair pay for local artists and performers that will activate participating businesses with live music.

Join BEP to enjoy live performances, build meaningful connections and experience the vibrancy of our city’s nightlife. Aloft, will showcasing Philadelphia’s world-class (usually Black) talent and contributing to the growth of nighttime economy.

Happy hour is 5-7. So, you'll want to get there by 6pm to take advantage of the $5 specials. live entertainment starts at 6pm.
