Sunday Assembly is a secular congregation that meets once a month to share our stories, create community, and learn from our experiences. We are inclusive and everyone is valued here.

📣 Leigh Ann of Cake 4 Kids.

Leigh Ann joined Cake4Kids in 2018 in Fresno, first as a volunteer baker, then as Volunteer Coordinator. Following her relocation to Sacramento, Leigh Ann succeeded Mary Barnes, founding Ambassador, as Ambassador in March 2021. Leigh Ann is a genetic counselor at UC Davis, where she works with the families of pediatric and adult patients.

Leigh Ann first worked with underserved populations as a community college instructor in South Seattle. She has volunteered with a crisis hotline, learning center for adults, and kitten nursery. In her spare time, she enjoys reading and visiting new coffee shops.

Sunday Assembly is held in the new Reason Center at 1300 Ethan Way, Suite 675. As always, families are welcome, and Becky Mark will entertain the children during the service. The doors open at 10:30 am and the program will begin at 11:00 am.

All this will be followed by a potluck lunch! Please bring your favorite dish to share with the group.
