Family Day at the Zoo

Calling all animal lovers! Spend the day exploring the wonders of the Denver Zoo with your little ones. From lions to lizards, there’s something for everyone to enjoy!

The Details

• What to expect: a few hours to explore the Denver Zoo! We can stay together as a group as we view the animals but feel free to break away from the group to see other sites if you’d like. The adults will have time to get to know each other while your little ones have fun. I'll be intentional about making introductions for those who want to meet more members of the group.
• Who to bring: The target audience for this event is Black Moms, Black Parents, and their kids. Those of us that have partners/spouses that are not members of the black community are very welcome to bring them along!
• What to bring: Tickets for your family to enter the zoo as well as any snacks or water you may need. And don’t forget sunscreen! The Denver sun does not play.
