St. Mary’s Glacier Hike

Let’s hit St. Mary’s Glacier! ❄️

This one’s a quick but tough climb to glacier views, an alpine lake, and mountain air that hits different 😮‍💨
Stronger hikers recommended, but NO PRESSURE — we’ve got all day! No timed entry, no rush! Take your time, enjoy the views, and hike at your pace! 🏔️🥾☀️✨

DETAILS:

• Distance: ~1.5–2 miles round trip
• Elevation Gain: ~850 ft
• Difficulty: Strenuous, but doable with breaks
• Parking: $20 cash per vehicle — lot is usually 75%+ full by 8:30 AM
• Early arrival is a must
• Carpool if you can to save space and money

WHAT TO BRING:

• Hiking boots or trail shoes with grip
• Layers (it’s chilly up there, even in June)
• Water, snacks, sunscreen
• Optional: Microspikes if snow is still present
