We meet at 5:30pm for our 5:45pm Gentle Yoga class at Cambio Yoga located at

Cost: This studio is donation-based, $12 min is suggested

The Gentle Yoga class is designed for everyone--from peak athletes to people recovering from injury; from young to old; from experienced practitioners to those who are just curious about yoga. Students will benefit from the restorative, relaxing, and centering properties of this class.
