**Returning to Joy** is an uplifting, heart-centered gathering for a small circle of participants ready to reconnect with what lights us up from the inside out. We're excited to share this intimate community gathering where we get to come together to take back our joy – and to give some too! In a world that demands we stay productive, resilient, and composed, this is a space to pause, soften, and remember that joy is essential to our wholeness.

Together, in community, we’ll explore joy as a source of strength, healing, and resistance. Through reflection, gentle movement, and creative expression, we’ll deepen our relationship to joy in our bodies, our choices, and our everyday lives.

**During this gathering, you can expect to:**

* Engage in honest, soul-nourishing conversation
* Learn how to access joy in any situation without bypassing reality
* Strengthen your capacity to be with discomfort and challenging emotions
* Reclaim your right to your own light, on your own terms

This is not a performance or a lecture, it’s a shared space for support, laughter, letting go, truth-telling, and the reminder that community *is* a form of care. Joy is both personal and collective: it restores us, connects us, and strengthens our ability to face the world with courage.
