What we’re about
Welcome to the Black Educator Collective, a community of Black educators dedicated to supporting and uplifting each other in the teaching profession. Our goal is to provide a safe space where Black educators can come together to connect, socialize, and network. As Black educators, we face unique challenges and experiences in our work that can often lead to feelings of isolation and burnout. Through our events and gatherings, we aim to create a supportive community where we can share ideas, resources, and experiences. Our community is open to all Black educators, regardless of your role or experience in education. We believe that by building a strong community of Black educators, we can empower ourselves and each other to create positive change in our schools and communities.
