The last day to apply to BE Well is Friday, March 13, 2026.
BE Well is a FREE, structured 6-week program that meets Monday through Friday for 20 minutes each morning. Attendance and cameras are required. This experience is ideal for those who thrive on consistency and high accountability.

Panama 2026 Trip Info Session (Online)
·OnlineOnlineWe’re returning to Panama City for a long weekend rooted in culture, connection, and ease. This is a favorite destination for our community, and we’re excited to experience it together again.
We’ll be based in Casco Viejo, staying together in a boutique hotel reserved just for our group. Our time will be thoughtfully paced, with space to explore the city, enjoy the coast, and actually relax without feeling rushed.

Puerto Rico 2027 Trip Info Session (Online)
·OnlineOnlineWe are going to Puerto Rico for a shared experience centered on connection, ease, and island rhythm. This trip is about being together in a way that feels natural, relaxed, and joyful.
We are staying together in a beautiful ocean-view villa with a pool, open common spaces, and room to spread out and reconnect. Mornings start in the kitchen. Afternoons turn into pool time. Nights usually end with games and laughter. During the day, we are out enjoying Puerto Rico with great food, time by the water, and space to explore without rushing.
