Join Black Everywhere - Philadelphia for a day at the beach! Get your towel, beverages, snacks, & sunscreen as we bring our joy to the Garden State. Thank you to our member Anusha for suggesting and hosting this party in the sun!

Agenda - IMPORTANT

• BEACH ACCESS BADGE/wristband is $10/day or $20 for a 3-day tag
  this is required for anyone ages 12 and up. YOU MUST PAY FOR A DAY BADGE/TAG TO ACCESS THE BEACH! You can buy the beach tags online HERE, or at any beach entrance. Active military members and dependents can get free beach tags here.

GETTING TO CAPE MAY, NJ

• By car: Driving is the fastest option, but parking will be challenging. There are limited metered spaces are available. You can always take the Jitney from your vehicle to the beach.
• By public transit: NJ Transit can get you from Philly and South Jersey to the shore. A round-trip ticket at the excursion fare on Route 316 is $33 between Philadelphia and Cape May. You can purchase tickets through the NJT mobile app. You can also take Amtrak to Atlantic City, NJ and then hop NJT to Cape May.

As a reminder, attendees are responsible for their own transportation to and from Cape May and carpooling is encouraged. Please feel free to use the comment section below to arrange travel.

Extend the invite to friends and family as well.

Remember to bring your beach necessities, including an umbrella, towel or chair, plenty of water, snacks, games, and trash bag to take your trash back with you.
