We are excited to announce that we are hosting the FOURTH ANNUAL Social Justice Hackathon at Fisk University! In collaboration with LocalTek, SMASH, and the Fisk-Belmont Social Justice Collaborative, we will welcome students from KIPP Nashville Collegiate High School to join Fisk and Belmont students in the Code4Care Innovation Hackathon this year. In this event, student groups will focus on healthcare and cybersecurity to develop innovative solutions to community disparities.

Where: Fisk University Library (John Hope and Aurelia Elizabeth Franklin Library), 3rd Floor
When: Friday, November 7th, 2025
Time: 8:00 am - 2:30 pm

We are actively seeking volunteers for this event. Volunteers can choose to assist groups, or they can choose to assist with setup/breakdown of the event. There are two shifts to choose from! You can sign up to volunteer at the link below. Please also feel free to share this link with your teams and networks. We will need about 30 volunteers throughout the day this year. Hope to see you there!
