This group is operated by SOAR, a 501c3 promoting paddlesports, adventure racing and other outdoor recreation.

Blazing Paddles, a mixed (coed), dragon boat racing team with members of all ages and walks of life, now bring dragon boat racing to Palm Beach County! Come try the exciting, fast-growing sport of dragon boat racing. No equipment or experience needed. Just a good attitude and willingness to learn. Most of our members joined with zero paddling experience, but the team has won numerous honors including a world record, a community division world championship and many races in Florida. We also travel to race out of state.
