Communications has been evolving and becoming more accessible to developers in the last couple of years. Industries have been adopting new engagement models of how people and computers communicate. Sherwin Sim provides a general overview of WebRTC, some currently deployed use cases and how to get started.
# About the Speaker
Sherwin Sim has 10+ years experience with deep expertise in voice & video over IP, enterprise & mobile product development, and agile software development processes. Currently the CTO of Temasys Communications, Sherwin has held development and leadership roles at Magor Communications, CounterPath Corporation and MKC Networks. Sherwin has been leading video teleconferencing, unified communications and collaboration teams over the last decade and has participated in working groups in the W3C, IETF and IMTC.
