• Agenda:
Guests will be guided to their tables in the order of arrival, where they can enjoy group conversations.
During the session, the organizer will check each participant’s language level and occasionally shuffle members to keep interactions dynamic.
Depending on the seating layout and the number of participants on the day, one-on-one conversations may also be incorporated to allow for deeper communication.

みんなでリラックスしながら、

人数がある程度そろえば
大部屋に加えていくつかのお部屋も予約し、
それぞれが思い思いに楽しめる形にできたらと思っています。

カラオケという少しクローズドな空間での開催となるため、
安心して過ごせる雰囲気を大切にしながら、
BLENDに一度でも参加したことのある方を優先してご案内します。

ただ、BLENDは決して閉ざされたコミュニティではありません。
初めての方も、最近参加し始めた方も、
カラオケが少し苦手な方もWelcomeです☺︎

Our popular BLEND Karaoke Party is back ☺︎
Whether you love singing,
prefer listening,
or haven’t been to karaoke in a while,
you are very welcome to join us.
Let’s enjoy a relaxed and fun afternoon together through music♪
Depending on the number of participants, we may book a large room as well as a few smaller rooms, so everyone can enjoy the time in their own way.
Since karaoke takes place in a more private and closed space, we would like to keep the atmosphere safe, comfortable, and respectful for everyone.
For this reason, priority will be given to people who have joined BLEND at least once before.
However, BLEND is not a closed community.
First-time participants, new members, and even those who feel a little shy about karaoke are all welcome ☺︎
We have many warm and friendly members, so please feel comfortable joining us.

## How to join

1. When you sign up, you will first be placed on the Waiting List.
2. We will gradually move participants to the Going List, mainly prioritizing BLEND Regular Members and those who have joined BLEND before, while considering the number of people and overall balance.
3. Payment instructions will be shared in the comment section. Please complete your payment by the deadline.

Please note that if we cannot confirm your payment by the deadline, your spot may be canceled.

## Cancellation Policy

After payment, cancellations are accepted until 6:00 PM on the day before the event due to venue reservation arrangements.
