🗓️ Payment deadline: April 8
If you’re joining BLEND on April 8, you can also pay in cash at the event.

Please note that if we’re unable to confirm your payment by the deadline, your reservation will be automatically canceled.

This helps us prepare enough food (bread buffet 🥐) and space for everyone to relax and enjoy together.

A few small notes:
• If you have one, please bring a leisure sheet/picnic blanket 🧺

As a special spring event, we will be hosting an Ohanami (cherry blossom viewing) picnic.

This time, we are collaborating with the popular bakery in Tenmabashi,
Boulangerie FUKUSHIMA 🥐

Rather than a typical Language Exchange, this will be a casual spring hanami party.

Under the cherry blossoms, we hope to enjoy delicious bread together,
take our time drinking, eating, and connecting with one another.
Let’s enjoy a relaxing spring moment together in the BLEND style,
bringing people together across languages and cultures 🌸

Saturday, April 11
11:00 AM – Meet at JR Sakuranomiya Station
Sakuranomiya Station West Exit
After meeting, we will walk together to a nearby spot where we can enjoy the cherry blossoms.
The event is expected to end around 2:00 PM.
Feel free to join late or leave early.

### Event Details

We will prepare a bread buffet featuring delicious breads from
Boulangerie FUKUSHIMA, which often sells out quickly and can be hard to get.
Let’s enjoy wonderful bread together under the cherry blossoms.
Drinks and additional food will be BYO (Bring Your Own).
Please feel free to bring your favorite drinks or snacks to share.

### Participation Conditions

• As some participants will be drinking alcohol, this event is limited to those aged 20 and over.
• This event is primarily intended for people who have attended BLEND at least once before.
However, if you are interested in joining, please feel free to send us a message.
• Since we will prepare bread in advance,
RSVP confirmation will close 3 days before the event.

普段売り切れてなかなか購入できない
Boulangerie FUKUSHIMAさんにご協力頂いて
パンをバイキング形式でご用意します。
桜の下で美味しいパンを楽しみましょう。
飲み物やその他の食べ物は
各自持ち寄り（BYO）でお願いします。
お気に入りのドリンクやおつまみなど、自由にお持ちください。
