War On Sound by Christopher Harris

Hello Blind Book readers!

I know I'm supposed to announce the next book 2 weeks in advance but it was harder this time because of various problems with the books, one of which is that since I'm using Amazon for data for the book-picking system, sometimes the books end up being only available on Amazon. Which is true of the book we're going to go with this time, War On Sound by Christopher Harris (which was actually the top choice from last month if you recall -- the book I was going to pick from this month's batch was Out of the Desert: My Journey From Nomadic Bedouin to the Heart of Global Oil by Ali Al-Naimi, which is non-fiction (but narrative, I think), and available only on Amazon, but I decided to run with War On Sound since I already have it and started reading a few pages.)

So, to summarize:

June 24: Long Way Gone by Charles Martin

July 22: War On Sound by Christopher Harris

Note that I will be making an effort to pick more widely available books, so hopefully this'll just be a temporary aberration! Hopefully some more of you will have a chance to read the books and come to the meetings in the future!
