Top Q&A Questions and Resources:

  • Should your vision board be viewable somewhere on a daily basis?
    • Everyone is different. I have it up in my bedroom where I see it all the time. I encourage people to put it where they see it all the time, but sometimes when we see it all the time we get used to it being there and forget about it. There are different schools of thought on this, and I think you have to just test it out and do what’s right for you. The important thing is to make a conscious effort to really look at it once a week.
  • Advice for keeping up with your intentions throughout the year?
    • That is the hard part. Decide your intentions in advance then constantly remind yourself of that umbrella theme that you have and the person you want to be. It’s about bringing that conscious awareness to your life. Look at your vision board and look at your life, keep the bigger picture in mind to stay motivated. Delve into self-development, there are great books and podcasts that can keep you motivated.
