Bloom50 Collective is a supportive community for women 50+ looking to connect with other women in a collective community.
Our group is dedicated to sharing ideas, experiences, and resources to empower each other during this transformative time. We want to focus on maintaining strength, balance and flexibilty so we can age stronger and healthier.
Personal Training and Small Group Fitness classes. I live in Mt. Pleasant and have a well equipped garage for this type of training. If you'd like more information on this, please reach out: 443-538-8995.
I will also be hosting pop-up fitness classes for those interested. All fitness levels encouraged--I firmly believe in modifications and meeting you where you are in your journey.
Health & Wellness: Tips and tools for maintaining bone health, hormonal balance, and overall vitality. We will have speakers and experts sharing tips with us in a Zoom format for those needing online options too.
Nutrition and how to create healthier hacks for the sweet/salty. This is a big deal because often I hear women say, I eat the same as always, but still gain weight. Our bodies change and so must our habits. It can be a challenge, but together we can do it!
