Join us for a nourishing, gentle yoga class that blends mindful movement, breath, and presence to open the heart and cultivate loving-kindness toward ourselves and all beings around us. A class for all levels and abilities; all you need is an open heart and a willingness to pause and just be.
Bring your yoga mat, or chairs will be provided. Yoga is not all movement; it’s the message between mind, body, and spirit. Expect breath awareness, gentle postures, and guided intention-setting to invite connection and calm. Come as you are. Leave feeling lighter, connected, and at peace.
