This is a group for people who enjoy playing bluegrass and jamming together. All levels of musicians welcome. Hosted by Liz Wolfe and a variety of bluegrass friends.

This masterclass will get you "mandolin jam-ready" in a fun and judgment-free atmosphere! You will learn pro chopping technique, jam/band skills, technique for speed, tremolo, and more!
There will be written materials for you to take home, and Nate will keep in touch after the workshop so you can ask questions any time. No matter what your mandolin playing abilities are, this masterclass will help you gain confidence taking breaks, be prepared for advanced jams, get you out of slow gear, and have more fun!

We meet upstairs in the event space. Come early for some dinner!
Be aware that this jam is geared toward more experienced players. All are always welcome. Trevor will be our bass player for the night.
Also note that parking is hard to come by near this restaurant, but it's very close to the A train. There’s also a parking garage nearby.

- City Island Yacht Club Jam (Fourth Tuesdays)City Island Yacht Club, Bronx, NY
Fellow jammer and sailor Steve Schwartz has generously offered to host us at the City Island Yacht Club on the Fourth Tuesday of the month.
The address is 63 Pilot Street, City Island, Bronx, NY 10464. It’s right on the water and we’ll see a beautiful sunset as we play (weather permitting we will play outside on the porch).
There is ample free parking onsite.
Slow/Med Jam. All are always welcome.
