Join Jillian E-RYT 500 and YACEP for a workshop to help grow your confidence as a teacher as we explore building comfort and techniques for hands-on assisting when teaching a yoga class. We'll discuss the very important parts of hand on assists in class including:
1. How to gain consent from students.
2. Various techniques used for hands on assisting.
3. Why we use hands on assists.
4. The value of hands on assists in a class setting.
We will also spend time practicing hands on assists.
