Singing Bowl Experience Workshop

Dive deeper into how Sound heals from the inside out, you will get an opportunity to play the bowls yourself, and learn basic sequences to play for yourself or others, in fact if you have a singing bowl, a drum, a bell…bring it!
We will be having a collective sound experience followed by a educational talk, and to end this experience participate in a public Sound Meditation where you can assist in facilitating using what you have learned. Understand how to incorporate playing singing bowls in yoga class, ceremony’s, at home, anywhere really!
