"What truly matters in life, and how can creative expressions remind and reinforce what should guide our journeys to true freedom and wellbeing? Join Dr. David Fakunle II as he navigates through personal and professional explorations of storytelling as a human-grounded approach within arts, culture, holistic health and restorative justice. Through this talk, attendees will be introduced to the science of intentionally crafting and sharing narratives, while remembering the importance of context, meaning and humanity in addressing unfairness of all forms. The goal is to empower attendees to create and maintain spaces of genuinely open storytelling and story listening through artistic and cultural moments, and to catalyze opportunities for connections, between human beings, that are centered in what is existential for healthy living experiences…how justice becomes real."
