Lucille Clifton, who wrote "won't you celebrate with me," is a poet whose words feel timeless and always prescient. Clifton died in Baltimore, and The Clifton House aims to celebrate her life while continuing her work. In a colloquy-esque form, sit and reflect with the immortal words of a figure who has left us but also left us companions to our longings, sufferings and strivings.
Bio:
Christian Hayden is an Ethical Culture leader, who lives in Philadelphia and supports NYSEC in its Coming of Age. As a humanist, who is a community educator, photographer and documentarian, his primary concern is witnessing the human condition.
