About us
Do you like board games? Do you like beers? Why not mix the two and meet new people! This group has been meeting for several years and we love to meet new people and introduce them to the social hobby of boardgaming.
Examples of frequently played games would be Skull, Blood on the Clocktower, Azul, and spirit island.
Important FYIs:
-we are being graciously reserved space in the bar to host these events. In order to keep them free, we ask that you support our hosts by eating and/or drinking at the venue. For reference, for sustainability the average per person spend should be around $20.
- We try our best to introduce new members to games within their comfort level, but please be aware that there may not always be a fit for you at all times. Please make yourself comfortable and enjoy socializing or watching games
-We tend to play a lot of light strategy games for 4-6 people and party games for 6+ people.
- Feel free to bring games for the group(s) to play and practice teaching them if you would like to introduce them.
- People can switch groups/tables throughout the evening. But if you are moving to an empty table, you must check with the server or host to make sure it is reserved for our group.
- Don’t worry if you don’t know many games. It’s really laid back and people will teach them to you.
