Draft and Write Records

Draft & Write Records is a strategic board game where players manage a rock band. Players draft cards, select one to play, and simultaneously mark their actions on a personal band sheet. The goal is to scout musicians, unlock rewards, chain bonus actions, and complete goals to earn points. The game is played in rounds consisting of weekday and weekend phases. During the weekdays, players draft from a hand of cards, choose one to resolve, and pass the rest. Players must arrange band members and crew to create "harmonies" by matching colors. Aligning these colors triggers powerful chain reactions that let players cross off bonus boxes, release singles and albums, or tour specific travel routes. During the weekend, players check their progress and can claim public goals for additional points. The game concludes and scores are tallied when a player successfully builds their entire crew, completes six goals, or accumulates too many scandal penalties
