I apologize, but I need to change the time for this event. I've bumped it up from 11:00 a.m. until 2 p.m. at the request of the facilities management. I hope this isn't problematic, and thank you for your understanding. We have a full kitchen where we're meeting, so feel free to brings snacks/drinks, etc. Thanks and again, my apologies for the time change...

My feet have warmed up now and I'm ready to host my inaugural event. I tried scheduling one last summer, but didn't go through with it for a number of reasons. So, while I'm free most Wednesdays at noon, I figured I'd try a Saturday afternoon board game session this time.

My plan for the first event is to play, depending on how many players show up, some or all of the following games, many of which you may or may not know: Ticket to Ride, Sequence, Four Words, Sushi Go, Beat the Heat, Clue, and possibly Settlers of Catan.

Four Words and Sequence are the two I'm wanting to play most, at the moment. Depending on how many people show up, we may have multiple games going at once. If this sounds appealing, please sign up and join us.

To get to the community building where we'll meet, turn right (south) into The Trees Drive off Monument (if you’re coming east from 680 allow time for traffic). After you turn, you’ll see where The Trees dead endsy. Make a U-turn and while you’re turning, park in one of the 8 or 10 visitor spots in front of you there. Otherwise park along the curb by the pool, if spots are open, or along the side or in front of the 1310 building. We’re meeting in the building in front of the visitor spots, to the right of the pool. If you are at the building between Monument and the pool, that’s not it, but feel free to pick up some flowers.
