Horniman's Museum & Gardens

With the weather improving I thought it might be nice to go and see what looks like a fascinating museum and gardens and the best part of it is it's FREE!

We’re doing a civilised late start (yes, lie-ins are not only allowed but encouraged 😌), then heading over for a very cute afternoon of wandering the museum, mooching around the gardens, and inevitably ending up with a cosy coffee ☕ and a good natter.
📍 Meet: 2pm outside the main entrance
🚆 Nearest station: Forest Hill (Overground — short walk up to the museum)
The museum + gardens are completely free, so zero pressure — just turn up and enjoy. BUT if you’re feeling fancy, there’s also the Butterfly House 🦋 (~£9.75) for extra ✨if you fancy the Butterfly house you have to book beforehand✨

Expect: fresh air and mildly educational vibes.
