Join Bodhicitta Sangha at Nyack Library for a beginner-friendly evening of mindfulness meditation led by Venerable SooSeong, a meditation teacher, retired U.S. Army officer, combat veteran, certified executive coach, and Buddhist Chaplain at the U.S. Military Academy at West Point.
This session is designed for people who are new to meditation, curious about mindfulness, or looking for a steady practice that can support calm, focus, resilience, and self-awareness.
The evening will include simple instruction, guided seated meditation, walking meditation, and practical guidance on how to bring mindfulness into daily life. No prior meditation experience is needed, and no religious background or belief is required.
What to expect:

- Time for questions and reflection
Seating: Chairs will be available. If you prefer to sit on the floor, you are welcome to bring your own meditation cushion.
