Wednesday Meditation & Dharma Talk
Details
Join Bodhicitta Sangha for our weekly Wednesday evening meditation and Dharma talk.
This gathering is open to beginners, experienced practitioners, and anyone sincerely interested in mindfulness, Buddhist practice, inner peace, emotional clarity, and spiritual community.
The evening includes guided meditation, quiet sitting, Dharma teaching, and practical reflections on how to bring mindfulness, wisdom, and compassion into daily life.
Bodhicitta means “Awakening Heart.” Our practice is rooted in the intention to awaken not only for ourselves, but for the benefit of all beings.
This weekly service is guided by Venerable SooSeong, an ordained Zen monk in the Jogye Order of Korean Buddhism. His teachings draw from Buddha-Dharma, meditation practice, compassion, and the Middle Way.
All are welcome. No prior meditation experience is needed.
