Welcome to a space for women seeking deeper healing, embodiment, and soul connection in/around Portland, Oregon.
This group is for you if you’re craving:
• Nervous system support through breathwork & movement
• Legal, guided psilocybin-assisted healing in a safe, sacred space
• Empowering gatherings that feel grounded, soulful, and real
• A return to your sensuality, softness, and truth
• Meaningful connection & sisterhood with other women on a similar path
We gather for Mini🍄Dose Women’s Circles, breathwork journeys, sacred movement, and embodiment-based integration—but this space is more than just events.
Even if you can’t attend right away, you’re welcome here.
This group is also a community. I’ll be sharing self-love practices, embodiment tips, reflection prompts, and integration rituals to support you in between gatherings. You’re invited to reflect, connect, and be part of the conversation at your own pace.
All events and offerings are held with care, presence, and deep respect for your pace and lived experience.
If your body is asking for something softer, slower, more sacred—come. You don’t have to fix anything. You just have to show up.

...WHAT TO EXPECT...
We’ll begin by creating a safe container where we’ll set intentions, group agreements, and boundaries to honor your journey.
You'll then be invited to...- Consume a low-dose of sacred mushrooms to support deep reflection, paired with a sound bath to soothe your senses.
-Flow into an (optional) breathwork + movement practice designed to awaken your sensuality, release tension & stuck energy, and reconnect you with your body & emotions.
-Integrate through rest, journaling, and quiet reflection.
-Close with a sharing circle and light grounding snacks to bring you gently back to earth.
This is a space for you to soften, reconnect, and reclaim your power in sisterhood.

This event is hosted at Immersive Therapies—a legal, licensed sacred mushroom center in Portland, OR—by Francesca Loux, Licensed Facilitator.To attend, first-timers *must* schedule a Prep Call and complete a brief health screening.
Doing so grants you an annual membership, giving you access to all micro/mini-dosing events at Immersive Therapies.
