We’ll begin by creating a safe, sacred container where we’ll set intentions, group agreements, and boundaries to honor your journey.
You'll then be invited to...

- Consume a low-dose of sacred mushrooms to support deep reflection, paired with a sound bath to soothe your senses.

-Flow into an (optional) breathwork + movement practice designed to awaken your sensuality, release tension & stuck energy, and reconnect you with your body & emotions.

-Integrate through rest, journaling, and quiet reflection.

-Close with a sharing circle and light grounding snacks to bring you gently back to earth.

This is a space for you to soften, reconnect, and reclaim your power in sisterhood.

This event is hosted at Immersive Therapies—a legal, licensed sacred mushroom center in Portland, OR—by Francesca Loux, Licensed Facilitator.

To attend, first-timers *must* schedule a Prep Call and complete a brief health screening.

Doing so grants you an annual membership, giving you access to all micro/mini-dosing events at Immersive Therapies.
