About us

We offer a blend of somatic methods, such as Feldenkrais, Body-Mind Centering, breath work, and somatic meditation to help release tension, relieve pain, and increase awareness and creativity.
Our events combine somatics and/or voice, theater, writing, dream work, Satipatthana and Anapanasati meditation. No prior experience with the Feldenkrais Method is necessary, just a willingness to explore and engage with your body and mind.
