About us
Body Your Way Wellness creates spaces where yoga feels welcoming, accessible, and autherntic mainly for those who have felt doubtful about the practice becuase of preconceived ideas about yoga or themselves. Our group is committed to helping dismantle misconceptions surrounding the practice within the Black community, creating opportunities to rediscover healing, freedom, and self through breath, movement, and mindfulness.
Our purpose is to help challenge the mind through breath and movement cultivating inner freedom and making space for expansion on and off the mat.
