Do you have a positive connect between Body and. Mind. Are you comfortable with your physical self, or are you uncomfortable or insecure, most people have some level of insecurity about their bodies.
Some groups focus on meditation and working on you mind accepting and appreciating your body. The body does not play a role in that process.
We discuss and explore how to engage the body and mind. The is body positive but not intended to be sexual. We will establish intent and purpose, trust and respect.
Too often we equate our physical body with sex. Send is an intense aspect of our lives. But imagine to control that instinct. That is true body mind connection. Control does not mean elimination, it means learning what is appropriate and mutually desired and respecting boundaries.
This is about self -exploration, self awareness, and self love. But also trust and respect of others.
