This workshop is about how to connect with the body in moments of stress or discomfort to support more positive, open, and authentic communication.

Through guided somatic practices and paired exercises, we will:
– Practice gentle ways to release tensions;
– Practice how to apply the four principles of Non Violent Communication in daily life and public speaking situations;
– Explore how body awareness supports speaking about difficult topics with clarity and kindness;
– Practice active listening.
From 14h30 to 16h. At my practice.
