Step into a calming, restorative space with an immersive meditative journey designed to help you deeply rest, regulate your nervous system, and reconnect with your body’s inner wisdom. Led by Renee Lynn, a Certified Sound and Energy Practitioner and Usui Reiki Master, this session gently blends healing sound and guided meditation to bring your body and mind into balance.

Perfect for spiritual seekers, sensitive souls, and anyone craving stillness and reconnection. No prior experience needed, bring an open heart and anything that helps you feel cozy and supported. There are also floor cushions, yoga mats, blankets and a limited number of pillows at the Center.
