"Sitting in the Power" Class: A Practice for Mediumship

NOTE: Participants should have some prior experience in mediumship.
Sitting in the Power is a practice that can strengthen your mediumship. By blending with Spirit, we can deepen our reception and connection to the Spirit World. In this one-time course, we will explore what it means to sit in the power, how it’s different from traditional meditation, and how to incorporate this discipline into your daily practice. We'll end with some practical practice and a reflection period.
NOTE: This is not a class in mediumship. Participants should have some prior experience in mediumship. You do not need to be a working medium.
