Join Suzy Adra for Shamanic Breathwork with live drumming that will leave you feeling light and rejuvenated. This style of breathing is an inner journey that helps shed layers of held emotions and traumas. Breathing in this way is restorative, and may even help you access alternate states of consciousness.

Wear comfy layers, and bring a blanket or anything that will support you as you lay down and breathe. Yoga mats, blankets, and limited number of pillows available at the Center also.
