Details
We will be doing the exercises in a group rotating between the fitness equipment in the park.
What you need:
• 1 to 1.5 liters of water
• Willingness to give it your all
• Jumprope if you have one
• Appropriate clothing
Where:
Please arrive at Jordan MTR exit C1 street level at 3:30pm, we will leave for Kowloon Park at that time.
What we'll do:
• Warm-up and stretch
• Pull-ups / squats and lunges
• Dips / push-ups
• Body rows

Notes:
• This is a free event.
• Late cancellation will be regarded as a no-show.
• If it would be raining an hour prior to the event, it will be cancelled. The slippery surface makes it harder to train and quite uncomfortable.
