Discover the fluidity of watercolor in this beginner-friendly floral painting class. We’ll start by exploring the fundamentals of watercolor, learning essential techniques such as layering, adding texture, and color mixing.

Once you’ve built confidence with these basics, you’ll apply your new skills to create a vibrant flower bouquet watercolor, inspired by a real still-life arrangement. Throughout the class, you’ll be guided through these techniques and then encouraged to explore the expressive and unpredictable nature of watercolor.

Whether you’re completely new to painting or looking to refresh your skills, this class offers a relaxed and supportive environment where creativity can bloom.

All materials are provided, just bring your curiosity! Optional to bring:
- Your own watercolor palette or brushes

About your instructor:
Originally from Rupert, Idaho, Paige has been an artist her entire life. While acrylic paint is her primary medium, she also enjoys working with fiber arts, watercolor, oil paint, and polymer clay. In addition to her creative practice, Paige is an art therapist, and her background in mental health deeply informs her supportive and relaxed teaching style. As an instructor, she emphasizes exploration and play, encouraging students to experiment with materials and fostering a welcoming environment where artists of all levels feel inspired to express themselves. In her free time, Paige can often be found painting in her studio or spending time with her golden doodle, Hazel.
