This Celebration has a serious focus on integrating fun and fitness! Bollywood Dance Fitness incorporates cardio, body toning and soul-happiness routines into one action-packed total body/soul workout. The music is fun, refreshing, energizing and truly appealing. Following would be the program:

1. 30-40 minutes of Bollywood Dance Fitness including 5-10 mins recovery <br>2. 3-5 Minutes of dance to "Celebrate life and fall in love with yourself" <br>3. 5 minutes of "Breath of Safely; an ultimate breathing exercise" (Optional) <br>4. 5-10 minutes of Soul Meditation (Optional)
