Books by the Beltline Book Club

Welcome to Books by the Beltline!
This is a local book group intended as an inclusive place to have lighthearted discussions about books, all while making new friends in the community. Book selections tend towards newer noteworthy fiction with an emphasis on reading a diverse range of voices, opinions, and genres.

Where
Meetings are held in-person along the Eastside Beltline Trail in Atlanta, near the Midtown, Inman Park, and Poncey-Highlands neighborhoods. Location details will be announced prior to each meeting.

When
Keep an eye on the events tab for details. We typically have one Saturday meeting and one Wednesday meeting per month.

Book Selection
Books are pitched by group members and voted on. Suggestions are encouraged to have a degree of acclaim, be written within the last several years (or be relevant because of an adaptation, etc.), showcase different voices, be an approachable length given the time between meetings, and (most importantly!) seem fun to read.

Waitlist
To help with planning and venue size limitations, there is an honor-system signup/waitlist.
