Welcome to the group! We hope to see you at our events. We take suggestions for events too, so if you have ideas feel free to share!

There is now a $8 yearly membership for joining which expires Dec 31st, every year. This helps us offset meetup costs and make reservations for fun events.

Please take 30 days to checkout our group page. If you decide to join us please pay your $8 fee.

Our Event policy...

We are happy to have you as a Boomer Girl. If you are interested, please review our event policy as this is important to the success of our events.

If you sign up for an event, please regularly review your schedule and stay current with your RSVP. Often we have a wait list for some events and if you can't attend, it is expected for you to cancel at least 24 hours before an event for someone else to attend that event. Please go back to the event and change your yes to a no. On the day of the event, if you have a real emergency, please change your RSVP to a no immediately and send a message in the comments or to the organizer.

We ask that you make sure you are not a "no show. If you are a no show or a late cancellation to 3 events you will be deleted from the group.
Or, you are welcome to plan and host an event to keep your membership, thus understanding why a no show is inconsiderate.

We are a KIND group, with many of us facing challenges in life. We ask that if you do not have something kind to say, keep it to yourself. Bad behavior is not received well. There are plenty of other groups out there that do not hold the same standards as ours, and you are free to explore them.

We look forward to your having fun with us, while being a thoughtful member. Thank you for understanding. We look forward to meeting you!
