Join us for dinner at Sakura Japanese Steakhouse & Sushi Bar, on Tuesday, May 20 at 5:30 PM, to meet with old friends and make new ones. Check the website at Sakurarestaurantsc.com for their delicious food menu offerings. We will dine in their main dining room.

The restaurant is located at 2537 N. Pleasantburg Drive, Greenville. For those that remember where Southern Culture Restaurant used to be, it's right next door. Ample free parking is available right outside the door.

As always, if you do sign up and then find you cannot make it, please change your status to 'Not Going' so that someone from the Waitlist can take your spot.

Also, the restaurant has limited us to 20 people, so in fairness to existing members that want to attend, you cannot invite guests. If you do have a spouse or friend that wants to attend, simply have them join Boomers. It only takes a few minutes and we are always happy to have new members.

The ‘Boomers Connect in Upstate SC’ Meetup group does not officially collect dues through the Meetup website. We prefer to have a voluntary donation system. You can give your Event Host or one of the Organizers your contribution at any event. We have no set minimum but recommend $5 annually. This helps us pay for the annual fee (currently $300 plus) we are charged by Meetup.com as well as incidentals of running the group. Or you can send them to Bill Pedersen, Boomers Connect in Upstate SC, Organizer, using PayPal by using a “Friends and Family” transfer to paypal.me/WilliamAPedersen

Lastly, if you already have a magnetic name tag, please bring it with you. If you don’t, or forget to bring yours, one will be provided.
