Yeah, we actually love when members step up and help shape the experience there are definitely volunteer and leadership opportunities if you're into it. Whether you want to help organize a co living trip, lead a skill share session during one of our events, or even help manage a local meetup abroad, we encourage people to take ownership and make it their own. It's all about co creating this lifestyle with others who get it.

We don’t expect everyone to be online every day or jump on every trip life happens but we do love seeing members engage in ways that feel meaningful to them. That could mean sharing your travel hacks, introducing two members who should know each other, or just showing up and being present during our events. The more you put into the community, the more you’ll get out of it, and we’ve found that even small contributions make a big difference.

This whole thing started because we were all feeling a little isolated working remotely from different corners of the world, chasing freedom and flexibility, but missing the camaraderie of a real team. We kept running into other digital nomads and remote workers who felt the same way, so we decided to build a space where you could grow your business, explore new countries, and actually connect with people along the way. It wasn’t just about working from a beach it was about building something lasting, together.

Right now, we don’t have just one home base and that’s kind of the point. We’re borderless by design. Our members are scattered across hubs like Lisbon, Bali, Medellin, Chiang Mai, and Tenerife, but we’re always moving, always exploring. Instead of being tied to a single city, we create pop up experiences and co living stays in spots that offer great connectivity, vibrant communities, and that little spark of adventure.
