Grab your coffee (Or breakfast). Find your seat. Connect to WiFi. Light networking. Set your intention for how you want to close July.

10:00 AM – 10:30 AM | Focus Sprint #1 (Pomodoro)
Silent work time.
Wrap up loose ends. Send the email. Submit the assignment. Close the loop. Do the thing you’ve been putting off.

10:30 AM – 11:00 AM | Reset + Celebrate Wins

We'll kick off with a focused, distraction-free work session using the Pomodoro technique. Bring your laptop, planner, or project you've been meaning to tackle and enjoy working alongside other motivated women.
🎨 11:30 AM – Creativity Activity
To wrap up our cowork session, our very own Dr. Lamberti, UX Designer, will lead us through the 30 Circles Challenge—a fun, fast-paced creativity exercise designed to stretch your thinking, spark innovation, and remind us that sometimes the best ideas come when we let ourselves play.

We'll be using the Pomodoro Technique to balance focused work with intentional breaks.
