10:00 AM – 10:30 AM | Focus Sprint #1 (Pomodoro)
Silent work time.
Wrap up loose ends. Send the email. Submit the assignment. Close the loop. Do the thing you’ve been putting off.
10:30 AM – 11:00 AM | Reset + Celebrate Wins
