About us

Boston AI Build Night is a working group for people who use AI at work and want to get genuinely good at it.

This is not a lecture series. Nobody presents slides at you for an hour.

Every session runs the same way: a short demonstration of one specific technique, then most of the night is hands-on, working in pairs on real problems people brought with them, then we go around the room and share what worked and what broke.

Bring a laptop and one real thing from your job. A report that eats your Thursday. An inbox that never empties. A process you have rebuilt three times and still hate. We work on those.

Who shows up: marketers, analysts, operators, founders, engineers, consultants, people mid-career-change. Mixed on purpose. The most useful thing that happens at these is usually one person turning to another and saying "wait, show me how you did that."

What you can expect at every event:
15 min one technique, demonstrated on a real task
45 min hands-on, in pairs, on your own work
20 min share-outs, what broke, and introductions

Sessions are deliberately small so everyone actually gets time. If it fills, join the next one.

Organized by Alex Metzger of BuildCamp, an AI consultancy outside Boston.
These nights are free and nothing is sold here.
