Third session of the fall run. Same format: bring a real problem, leave with something that runs.

We work in the open. Somebody puts a workflow on the screen, we pull it apart, and we rebuild the part that keeps breaking. Past nights have covered intake triage, a scheduling handoff that kept double-booking, and a reporting job that took a person four hours every Monday.
