Description: Join us for a relaxing evening paddle on the Mystic River! We'll meet at Paddle Boston's Medford (Condon Shell) location. All are welcome - this is a beginner friendly paddle!
Address: 2501 Mystic Valley Pkwy, Medford MA 02155. Directions to the launch point are available here: https://paddleboston.com/rentals/our-locations/medford-condon-shell/directions/ Event Details: Paddling Duration: ~1.5 hours Water Conditions: Flatwater (we'll paddle out and return to the starting point) Boat Options: Single/tandem kayaks and canoes available Rental Info: Single Kayak: $33 for 1.5 hours (includes paddle and lifejacket) Special Deal (in-person only): 3 visits for $59 Waiver: Must be signed ahead of time – Paddle Boston Waiver Lifejackets: Required at all times on the water What to Bring: Clothing: Wear clothes and shoes that can get wet and dirty Dry Bag: Recommended for electronics and valuables (leaders will have a few, but space is limited) Sun Protection: Hat, sunglasses, sunscreen Layers: It can be cooler and windier on the water than on land Additional Info: This event and many others are open to the public so you don't have to be an AMC member.
